36-story, 658,000 sqft skyscraper over a subterranean parking structure. The building is over 500ft tall, and is marked with a crown-like lighting feature. Vertical banding on the exterior facade help to assert the structure against the ever-changing Seattle skyline. Two years after completion the building sold for $350 million.
